Throughout these Terms, the words “Trendora,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Trendora. The words “customer,” “user,” “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing products from us.

By accessing our website, placing an order or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and other policies displayed on the website.

Please discontinue using the website if you do not agree with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order on Trendora.

A person under 18 years of age may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will be responsible for the minor’s use of the website and any purchases made through it.

2. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping purposes.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information while:

• Creating an account

• Placing an order

• Making a payment

• Requesting a return or refund

• Contacting customer support

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Product Information

• Packaging may be updated by manufacturers or suppliers.

Such minor variations will not necessarily be considered defects where the essential characteristics of the product remain unchanged.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, materially different from its description or otherwise covered under applicable consumer law.

4. Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfilment Partners

Trendora may source, process, package or deliver products through third-party manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and fulfilment partners.

As a result:

• Different products in the same order may arrive separately.

• Products may be shipped from different locations.

• Packaging may contain supplier or logistics information.

• Delivery times may vary between products.

• Return addresses may differ depending on the product.

Customers must obtain return authorization from Trendora before sending a product back.

5. Prices and Taxes

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Displayed prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the information provided at checkout. Any additional shipping, Cash on Delivery, handling or other applicable charges will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts and offers at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

6. Pricing and Listing Errors

Although we take reasonable care to provide correct information, pricing, availability or product details may occasionally be incorrect due to human, supplier or technical errors.

If an order is placed for a product with an obvious pricing or listing error, we may:

• Contact you for confirmation

• Correct the information

• Cancel the affected item or order

• Issue a refund for any prepaid amount

We will not charge a higher amount without informing you and obtaining your consent.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is considered accepted after it has been successfully verified, processed or dispatched.

We may reject or cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Payment failure

• Incomplete delivery information

• Delivery service restrictions

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders

• Excessive quantities suggesting unauthorized resale

• Events outside our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled product will be refunded through the original or another agreed payment method.

8. Order Verification

Trendora may contact you by telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or another reasonable communication method to verify an order.

We may place an order on hold or cancel it if:

• The customer cannot be contacted.

• The address is incomplete or incorrect.

• The order appears suspicious.

• Cash on Delivery confirmation is not received.

• Additional verification is reasonably required.

Customers should provide a valid mobile number and email address while placing an order.

9. Payment

We may accept payment through available methods displayed at checkout, including:

• UPI

• Debit or credit cards

• Net banking

• Digital wallets

• Cash on Delivery

• Other authorized payment methods

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways. Trendora does not directly control the banking network or payment gateway processing time.

You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may not be available for every product, location or order value.

We may restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for customers who:

• Repeatedly refuse confirmed orders

• Provide incorrect delivery information

• Remain unavailable during delivery attempts

• Have a history of suspicious or abusive ordering activity

Where permitted, additional COD or redelivery charges may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, coupon codes, bundle discounts and sale prices may be subject to additional conditions, including:

• Minimum order value

• Selected products or categories

• Limited validity period

• One-time use

• One offer per customer

• Exclusion of certain products

• Limited stock availability

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical error or incorrect publication.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery may be affected by:

Trendora will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

13. Delivery Inspection

You should inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.

If the package or product is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy.

You may be asked to provide:

• Order details

• Clear photographs

• Packaging photographs

• Shipping-label photographs

• An unboxing video, where available

• A description of the issue

Supporting evidence helps us investigate claims with suppliers and courier partners.

14. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

All return, replacement, exchange and refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must not be returned without prior approval. Because Trendora may use multiple suppliers and fulfilment locations, customers must send returns only to the address provided by our support team.

Unauthorized returns or products sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted or refunded.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

15. Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation before dispatch by contacting us at officialtrendoraaa@gmail.com.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may be required to accept delivery and initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Trendora may cancel an order for the reasons stated in these Terms. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Trendora website, including:

• Brand names

• Logos

• Graphics

• Website layouts

• Product descriptions

• Photographs

• Videos

• Icons

• Illustrations

• Text and written content

• Marketing materials

• Software and website code

is owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Trendora and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You may save or print limited website content only for personal and non-commercial use.

17. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

When you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial or other content to Trendora, you confirm that:

• The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience.

• You have the right to submit it.

• It does not infringe another person’s rights.

• It is not defamatory, abusive, misleading or unlawful.

• It does not contain malware or harmful code.

You grant Trendora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display and promote the submitted content for website, customer-service and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms.

18. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
